Ben Hufford has been an attorney for over 50 years. He came to the Southwest in 1971 to represent Navajo, Hopi and other Native American clients as an attorney for DNA Legal Services. In approximately 1974 together with fellow Legal Services attorneys, Martha Blue and Roy Ward, he founded a law firm in Flagstaff, Arizona. The original firm evolved into Mr. Hufford’s current firm of Hufford, Horstman, Mongini, Parnell & Tucker P.C. The firm has offices in Flagstaff and Tucson, Arizona.
